Betty the Butterfly · Creator Challenge Intro
Welcome to Sweet Softies' sixth annual Creator Challenge, featuring Betty the Butterfly! She's a pretty little mariposa designed to be a fun and beginner-friendly crochet project that you can easily customize with different color combinations, creative details, and more!
In this crochet-a-long (CAL), crocheters are encouraged to add their own unique flair to finish the doll. This includes but isn't limited to different yarn colors, yarn fibers, embroidery details, and embellishments (e.g., appliques, beads, buttons, bows, flowers). Allow yourself to be creative and most importantly, have fun!
The 2023 Creator Challenge will start on March 4th and end on March 31st. The full pattern will be shared for FREE on my blog, published in parts according to the timeline. (See the 'Pattern Links' section for the release dates.)
