Kimono Kitty · Creator Challenge Intro
Dear fellow crocheters,
Welcome to Sweet Softies' fourth annual Creator Challenge, featuring Kimono Kitty! She's a kokeshi doll that is easy to customize with different color combinations and makes for a lovely, handmade gift.
We'll start after Valentine's Day in February, and then finish in mid-March, just in time for cherry blossom season!
The Kimono Kitty is a little cat who wears a traditional Japanese dress. This sweet amigurumi doll's outfit includes a kimono with the large sleeves and a bow on the back. She also wears a sakura (cherry blossom) flower on her head.
