Kitten Pixie (Free Amigurumi Crochet Pattern)

Dear fellow amigurumi enthusiasts,

I'm excited to share with you the newest member of my free, "Pocket Pixie" series... the Kitten Pixie!  This sweet kitty cat sports a flared, sage green A-line dress with white lace frills and a cute bow over one ear.

This little pocket-sized doll is not only adorable, but quick and easy to crochet too!  Her design is very versatile and can easily be customized by using different yarn colors to change up the outfit, or by adding embellishments like beads, buttons, and appliques.

A cute fur buddy like the Kitten Pixie makes a great gift for kids, children, and little girls who love to play with small toys.  She also makes for a wonderful birthday, Christmas, or holiday present!

The Kitten Pixie is good friends with the Bear & Bunny Buddies.  Doesn't this trio look happy together?  If you'd like to make those other two ami friends, please do check them out -- they're also free patterns on my blog!

These dolls are all part of Sweet Softies' Pocket Pixie Series.  Below are some other members of the group.  Click here to see them all and get links to their free patterns!

  2. Use black yarn to sew facial details like the mouth and whiskers.
  3. If you haven’t already, sew the legs, tail, and arms to the body.
  4. Make sure the body and head are stuffed well and sew them together.
  5. After sewing the head to the body, you can take the rest of the body’s yarn tail (or cut new yarn) to wrap around the neck a couple times before weaving in the ends.
  6. Lastly, sew the bow over an ear.

And that's it!  Congratulations on finishing your sweet Kitten Pixie!
