Dear fellow amigurumi enthusiasts,

I'm super excited to share with you my latest design, the Anakin Skywalker Inspired Doll!  He's my cute, pocket-sized yarn version of the iconic Star Wars character.  An absolutely adorable boy doll, especially as a tiny amigurumi perfect for little hands!

This pattern is quick and easy to crochet and makes a great toy gift for kids and children alike.  This versatile pattern can also serve as a male human body base to crochet into other custom characters.

I also made a Stormtrooper that goes along with this Anakin Skywalker doll.  If you'd like to make this duo, check out his pattern page too!

~ FINISHING INSTRUCTIONS ~

  1. Use the surface slip stitch method (click here for video tutorial) and dark brown yarn to crochet a “belt” around the doll’s waist, over R4 of the body. (Step-by-step photo references are available in the PDF pattern.)
  2. Using a yarn needle and the yarn tails from the arms, sew the arms to both sides of the body.
  3. Then, sew the body to the head.
  4. Use light brown yarn to loop around the doll’s neck a couple times, then diagonally across the chest (this creates the illusion of a shirt fold). Pull the yarn end into the doll, weaving it in securely before fastening off.
Congratulations on finishing your Anakin Skywalker Doll!
