    Smaller Version

If you want to crochet a smaller version, check out my free Penis-chan pattern! It even comes with a full video tutorial.  You can use thinner yarn and a smaller hook to make it into a keychain size stuffed toy.

    Materials

To make your penis doll exactly like mine, try going with some chunky chenille velvet yarn and a large (5mm) hook. I used Hobbii's Baby Snuggle Yarn and Honey Bunny Yarn. They're very similar in weight and feel, and are perfect for a soft and squishy amigurumi. For more information about the Baby Snuggle Yarn, feel free to check out my Baby Snuggle Yarn Review!

I also wanted to share the special, sparkly eyes that I used for this doll, since many crocheters ask about where I get them from! They're pretty affordable on Amazon, and I love that htey make all my amigurumis look extra kawaii (cute)!

    PDF Pattern

The PDF pattern is printable, ad-free, easy to read, includes photo references, and helps support Sweet Softies! (If you enjoy my free patterns, you can consider it as a donation to me when you buy one of my pattern PDFs! Crochet Pattern Information

    Size:

    • Height: 7.5 inches (19 cm)
    • Width: 3 inches (7.5 cm)

    Level of Difficulty:

★★☆☆☆  Familiar Beginner. Requires familiarity with stitches used (below) and changing yarn colors.

    Stitches/Terms Used:

    • FO = fasten off
    • sl st = slip stitch
    • sc = single crochet
    • inc = increase (insert 2 sc in same st)
    • dec = decrease (sc 2 sts together)
    • BLO = back loops only
    • FLO = front loops only

    Materials:

    • Honey Bunny Yarn or Baby Snuggle Yarn (super bulky “6”) in desired colors
    • 5mm crochet hook
    • 12mm plastic safety eyes (x2)
    • Stuffing
    • Scissors
    • Yarn needle
    • Optional: black yarn for embroidering a mouth

    Crochet Instructions

    BALLS (x2)

    Start with skin-colored yarn (peach).

R1: Ch 2 and insert 8 sc in 2nd ch from hook. (8)

    R2: Inc around. (16)

    R3: (Sc, inc) x 8. (24)

    R4-R7: Sc around. (24)

    R8: (Sc, dec) x 8. (16)

FO for Ball #1, but do not FO for Ball #2.

    JOINING THE BALLS

With yarn attached to Ball#2, insert hook into a st in R8 of Ball#1. Make a sc, then continue inserting a sc in each of next 15 sts on Ball#1. Return to Ball#2 by making a sc (on Ball#2) next to the st where you had crossed over at the beginning of this section. Continue inserting a sc in each of the next 15 sts on Ball#2. This brings the end stitch count to a total of 32 sts. Continue with the ‘Body’ instructions without FO.

    BODY

    R1: (Sc 6, dec) x 4. (28)

    R2-R13: Sc around. (28)

Without FO, stuff the balls and body well. You will continue stuffing bit by bit as you crochet the head. If desired, attach 14mm plastic safety eyes between R7-R8, 6 sts apart. If desired, use scrap black yarn and a yarn needle to sew a friendly smile.

    HEAD

If desired, switch to a different yarn color for this section. (I switched from peach to pink.)

    R1: In BLO, (sc 3, inc) x 7. (36)

    R2-R3: Sc around. (36)

    R4: (Sc 3, dec) x 7. (28)

    R5: (Sc 2, dec) x 7. (21)

    R6: (Sc, dec) x 7. (14)

Make sure the head is well-stuffed before you continue.

    R7: Dec around. (7)

FO with a tail. Use a yarn needle with that tail to sew the small hole shut.

    EDGING

Attach the head-colored yarn to one of the front loops created during R1 of the Head. Sl st around in each of the front loops. At the end of the round, FO and weave in the ends.

    IDEAS FOR CUSTOMIZATION

    • Crochet a bowtie. (Video tutorial here)
    • Use different yarn colors while crocheting.
    • Sew different mouth expressions, or use different eyes (instead of plastic safety eyes).
    • Attach some cute buttons, appliques, or even a tiny hat!

    Congratulations on finishing!
