Coral the Mermaid (Free Amigurumi Crochet Pattern)

by - August 06, 2019

Dear fellow crocheters,

I'm thrilled to put together this official blog post for Coral the Mermaid's pattern!

Links:

  • Get the free pattern instructions (scroll down to "Links for Coral's Pattern")

Coral is an an adorable, little doll that is quick and easy to crochet!  Minimal sewing is required, as her head and body are crocheted in one piece with separate arms and hair cap.  She makes a lovely gift for little girls or children who love magical fantasy and sea creatures!

Coral has a sister named Mariella, who has lovely, blue hair!  If you'd like to make her, the pattern PDF file includes a special tutorial with photos and detailed instruction on how to make this "hair down" version!

I'm also happy to say that the girls were joined by their younger brother, Micah!  He's a tiny Prince of the seas, and just precious! The three of them (Mariella, Coral, and Micah) all love swimming alongside one another, exploring the beautiful ocean waters, collecting shiny seashells, and playing hide-and-seek among the colorful coral reef and kelp forests.

You can also PIN it for later!

Want a printable, ad-free, and easy-to-read PDF file with photo references? Want to also get a bonus hair tutorial for making a "hair down" variation for your mermaid? If so, you can purchase the PDF file in my shop or Ravelry for a small fee. Thank you for supporting Sweet Softies!
