Nurse Pixie Doll (Free Amigurumi Crochet Pattern)

Dear fellow crocheters,

I'm excited to share with you this sweet Nurse Pixie!

The Nurse Pixie is an adorable, miniature doll that is quick and easy to crochet. This sweet and caring healthcare provider wears a red cross cap to go along with her white uniform.  The hat can be positioned however you prefer -- secured close to her hairline, or further back and tied to her bun.

Cap positioned closer to the front; tied near hairline

Cap positioned further back; tied to hair bun

This little hero makes the perfect gift for your favorite nurse as a “thank you” gift or as a present for Nurse Appreciation Week starting May 6 (National Nurse Day, #nursesday)!  It’s a great way to show your support and acknowledgment of these healthcare professionals’ hard work and vital roles in our society.

And, would you look at that?  She also fits so cutely into the palm of a hand!  Kids and children of all ages would love playing "doctor" with this cute doll as well, which can offer hours of imaginative pretend play.

This doll is part of Sweet Softies' Pocket Pixie Series.  Below are some other members of the group.  Click here to see them all and get links to their free patterns!
