Do you adore dragons as much as I do? I'm excited to share with you my latest design...the cutest little baby dragon that I ever did crochet! Meet... Cloud Dragon!
The Cloud Dragon features a low-sew amigurumi dragon pattern in the “sploot” position! It's an adorable stuffed dragon that is relatively fast and easy to work up, and almost completely no-sew except to attach the wings to the body.
Here's a look at the Cloud Dragon's pattern preview~
Recommended Yarn
The pattern is designed using super bulky weight 6 chenille velvet yarn and a large 5mm hook, making this dragon work up quickly while creating a plush, soft result. I used chenille velvet yarns like Honey Bunny and Baby Snuggle yarn. Another great option for this pattern is Posh Twist yarn from Lion Brand Yarn, using a 5mm hook as well.
Uses
This splooting dragon is huggable, darling, and will surely be loved by those who adore fantasy creatures! Make it as a birthday gift, Christmas holiday present, or hot sellers for craft fairs and markets.
Adoption Certificate
Want to make your dragon doll the *perfect* gift? Add a cute adoption certificate along with it! I'm sure your recipient will absolutely adore this detail. The dragon-themed adoption certificate is available as a free printable! If you'd like to crochet some free dragon patterns with it, check out Daiyu the Dragon and Pocket Dragon.
