Levi the Leopard · Amigurumi Crochet Pattern

If you love using faux fur yarn to crochet amigurumi dolls, you'll enjoy this pattern! Say hello to my newest design, Levi the Leopard!

Links

Levi the Leopard is an amigurumi feline that is almost completely no-sew. The only sewing needed is to stitch on the white muzzle and belly, as the legs, body, arms, tail, head, and ears are all crocheted in one piece!

The body pattern for this big cat can also be modified to create a teddy bear, lion, cat, or other animals with small changes! This pattern makes a great birthday gift, Christmas holiday gift, or craft fair product.

About the Pattern

  • Low-sew doll (sewing is only required for attaching the white muzzle and white belly)
  • Giftable and cute
  • Height: 7 inches from ears to toes

Recommended Yarn

This pattern was designed with Lion Brand Yarn's Feels like Bliss Yarn, which is a faux fur yarn that makes a wonderfully soft and furry stuffed animal! Blanket yarn or chenille velvet yarn can also be used for a plush look, though it is to be noted that your amigurumi's shape may come out longer/taller with plush yarn (compared to furry yarn).

Uses

  • Plush toy for children to play with
  • Prop for newborn, baby, or kid photoshoots
  • Nursery room decor
  • Selling at craft fairs, markets, or boutiques
  • Birthday gift, baby shower gift, or Christmas holiday gift for babies, toddlers, and kids
  • Christmas stocking stuffer
