Get Ready for More Amigurumi!

Dear fellow crocheters,

Happy New Year!  And new DECADE too -- how exciting is that?

I've decided that my first several designs for this year would be centered around amigurumi! I'm going back to my roots for a bit, because I realize I've been working on quite a few accessories, clothing, and home dec sort of projects, but not a whole lot of amigurumi even though I started out my blog this way!

Thus, if you're an amigurumi enthusiast... stay tuned!  I'll be presenting a few new designs that you might love, and here's a sneak peek!

This little lady is Fleur, the Flower Maiden.  She's a shy, little nymph who lives in the woods, and she has a few variations in her design.

Here she is as an angel!

And, well... I had a bit too much fun making her clothing!  I wanted to create a Forest Maiden version of her, and gave her a red hood, yellow shawl, and dark green dress.

Also coming up will be a sweet, English belle named Clara. I have yet to finish her outfit and accessories, but here's a work-in-progress shot!

Anyhow, that's my quick update for now!  I hope these new designs will get you excited about amigurumi if you haven't tried it yet!

As always, I wish you all the best! I'll be working hard on finishing these patterns soon!

Warm wishes,
