Introducing Stella the Silk Moth, my latest amigurumi design that brings a touch of whimsy to the world of plush creations! This is your sign to crochet yourself this plush and furry little moth that you didn't know you needed in your life.
Stella is a delightful amigurumi doll crafted from soft plush and faux fur yarn. With her feathery antennae, plush body, and beautifully layered wings, Stella is more than just a cuddly companion—she’s a charming addition to any space. Standing proudly on her own, she makes an ideal desk buddy, bringing a touch of whimsy to your workspace.
Perfect for moth enthusiasts and a standout item for craft fairs and markets, Stella is a heartwarming gift that celebrates the beauty of these enchanting creatures.
Stella makes a great emotional support stuffie, birthday gift, Christmas holiday gift or market/craft fair product.
This versatile pattern is your palette for different yarn color combinations, too! Imagine it with pretty pastel shades, or darker colors for a spooky-cute Halloween look. Make it in your style to match your aesthetic!
Recommended Yarn
This plush insect is designed with Hobbii's plush yarn (Baby Snuggle, Honey Bunny, and Toucan are great choices). This chenille velvet yarn makes wonderfully soft and squishy amigurumi doll. The furry body of the moth is crocheted using Lion Brand Yarn's Go for Faux Yarn, which is silky-soft to the touch! It's a heavenly combination to make an incredibly lovable and cuddly moth doll.
Other types of super bulky weight 6 plush and faux fur yarn can be tried to create different looks and textures, too.

- Desk decor or room decor to add a touch of cozy to your workspace
- Emotional support amigurumi for comfort and security
