Snowflake Queen (Free Crochet Pattern) - December 2020 CAL

Dear fellow amigurumi enthusiasts,

I'm so thrilled to share with you my winter CAL!  For those of you who are new to Crochet-A-Longs, I hope you'll stay and enjoy this one, as it's a fun beginner-friendly project that allows for a lot of customization AND is perfect for the holiday season!

The star of this CAL is... the Snowflake Queen!

The Snowflake Queen Pixie is an adorable, little pocket sized doll that is quick and easy to crochet.  This magical fantasy fairy wears a tiara crown, a two-layered dress skirt, and wings.  This amigurumi design is very versatile and can easily be customized by using different yarn colors, making different hairstyles, or adding embellishments such as beads, buttons, and appliques.  It is a beautiful girl doll that works as a sweet gift for kids who love to play with small toys.  She also makes for a great birthday, Christmas, or holiday present!  The Snowflake Queen’s PDF pattern includes complete written instructions for the doll-making process, hair tutorial, and easy-to-reference video tutorial links for each part of this doll.

You may join the Sweet Softies Facebook Group to share your progress photos and see others' works-in-progress.

Oh, and get this -- what's really awesome about this pattern is that it comes with video tutorials for the entire doll from start to finish.  For those of you who are learning how to read crochet patterns, this will be a great way to work on it with my step-by-step video instructions.

Scroll down for the links to the pattern parts.  If you'd like to make some other winter-themed friends, here is the Snowflake Queen her fellow Christmas Elf and Winter Explorer

(These three dolls are all Pocket Pixies!)

The Snowflake Queen, Christmas Elf, and Winter Explorer are all part of Sweet Softies' Pocket Pixie Series.  Below are some other members of the group.  Click here to see them all and get links to their free patterns!
