Willow the Woodland Doll (Crochet Pattern)
Dear fellow crocheters,
Anyone feeling the Autumn chill starting to set in? I'm celebrating the incoming cold season with my latest amigurumi design, Willow the Woodland Doll! She's an adventurous traveler who loves exploring the wild outdoors.
Willow's outfit includes:
- Tall, knee-high boots with laced straps
- Long, striped stockings
- Long-sleeved dress with pleated skirt
- Cozy cardigan sweater coat
- Beanie-style hat with braided ties
- Crossbody messenger bag
- Warm scarf

Willow makes the perfect dress-up children's toy for little girls or kids in general, as she has removable accessories. These include her jacket, hat, bag, and scarf. She's ready for hours of pretend play with imaginative little ones!
As with nearly all my dolls, I added blush to her cheeks. I think it breathes some life into her! Adding blush is definitely one of the finishing touches that I love using. Click here for my tutorial on adding blush to amigurumi.

Willow is a premium doll pattern, and her PDF pattern file is available in my Ravelry and Etsy shop. This project is recommended for a familiar beginner or intermediate crocheter due to the skills needed for making a doll. The pattern includes complete written instructions for the doll-making process, photo references for the crocheted parts, a detailed hair tutorial, and step-by-step explanations for finishing details. (I've spent many, many hours creating her design, writing her pattern, and fine-tuning it, so I hope you'll love it!)
