Christmas Angel Pattern Test: WIPs
About a week ago, I hosted my very first pattern test!
What an experience and adventure it has been so far! I am ever so glad to have gone out on a limb to rally up a team for this, because I've gotten to know some absolutely sweet and wonderful people, and have built some great friendships during the process! I feel utterly blessed and humbled to be able to interact with crocheters from around the globe -- the States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, India, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Australia, and more! Connecting with these global friends through our shared love for crocheting is a really heartwarming feeling.
Each of these amazing crocheters make up a piece of this great community of testers for my newest design, the Christmas Angel. Here's my finished photo of her for reference:
Thus far, I've been getting beautiful photos from my fellow testers about their works in progress! It's wonderful to see all the variations that can come out of one design. Some angels have flowers in their hair like mine, and others have beautiful beads, buttons, and other fancy hairpieces. One angel has wings adorned with embellishments, and another has a beautiful, golden waistband.
In my humble opinion, this is the beauty of handcrafting! Putting one's own unique flair into a project! I'm just loving the diversity that I'm seeing among these angels.
A special thank you goes out to all my testers for working so hard on proofreading my pattern and creating this design!
I can't wait to post about each tester's finished work after the test deadline in a few days!
Stay tuned to see some stunning angels. <3
