We all know that indulging in pampering activities can be a luxury and quite expensive, but luckily for these cities, the cost of self-care won’t be hurting their pockets as much after a day of pampering and rejuvenation.
The study analyzed prices from over 1,700 businesses across the United States, focusing on popular self-care activities such as brunch, a cup of coffee, massages, and more. The data revealed that the cost of a self-care day can vary significantly depending on location.
Here’s what the study revealed as the top 5 least expensive cities:

Rounding out the top five are Virginia Beach, Virginia ($271.82), Kansas City, Missouri ($272.69), and El Paso, Texas ($276.67). These cities offer a variety of affordable self-care options, from beachfront massages to cultural experiences.
