6 Signs That You Might Need Compression Socks


Compression stockings are used for comfort, to improve athletic performance, and to help avoid significant medical issues. In a nutshell, they increase blood flow. They can help with leg discomfort and edema. They can also help you avoid deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a kind of blood clot, and other circulatory issues. They come in a variety of sizes and strengths, so you and your doctor must determine which one is ideal for you.
